Vanessa De Pretis assisted my partner and I in having his Australian PR granted via Partner Visa. Spending years of my early professional career in America in every aspect of serving, teaching, labour and hospitality. You learn quickly that it’s not what you do, but how.In that regard, it’s rare to see a company of people provide such a level of time, person-ability, patience, punctuality and expertise especially with something as important and delicate as acquiring visa status in a country.My experience with Migration Solutions is rather complex and extends back to 2020. It’s culminated with a successful 858 PR visa for myself and continues still with new projects and staff.Migration Solutions (in particular) Vanessa, Susan, Ashley and Sarah have managed my case(s) to level above and beyond expectations. The visa process can appear strenuous, costly and very timely. But when the services is at the level they provide, it’s money absolutely well spent and worth having by your side.There are many levels of depth to get into about how they’ve gone above and beyond. I could write for days about their willingness to accept calls, answer inquiries, check and double check processes, provide options, suggestions and just being friendly. My partner and I are in the proces of our partner visa and we are working with Vanessa from migration solutions. She has been so great and informative to us. We are still to this day very happy to work together with migration solutions. She was always extremely honest regarding the reality of the process, and made the entire process seem manageable with step by step processes and guides to make each milestone achievable.I worked with Shashe on my VETASSESS skills assessment, to getting my ROI and EOI lodged, and then to getting my invite and visa grant for the 491 skilled visa. We had time constraints due to my current visa being close to expiring. But Shashe made sure to get it all done for me in the time frame.I always felt very at ease and trusted Shashes experience and also her attention to detail. She wouldn't let things slip through the cracks and she was very thorough and strict regarding the documentation for the application.
