We had an amazing experience with Shashe and Amber at Migration Solutions, and couldn't recommend them enough!Shashe worked with me right from the beginning of my skilled visa journey. She was always extremely honest regarding the reality of the process, and made the entire process seem manageable with step by step processes and guides to make each milestone achievable.I worked with Shashe on my VETASSESS skills assessment, to getting my ROI and EOI lodged, and then to getting my invite and visa grant for the 491 skilled visa. We had time constraints due to my current visa being close to expiring. But Shashe made sure to get it all done for me in the time frame.I always felt very at ease and trusted Shashes experience and also her attention to detail. She wouldn't let things slip through the cracks and she was very thorough and strict regarding the documentation for the application. Making sure everything was correct and without error.The communication during the entire process was extremely efficient. I always had all of my questions answered in detail and I was never left unsure or confused. Choosing migration solutions to help with our partner visa was easily one of the best decisions we made.We were very nervous about how the process would go and were in desperate need of some help.Working with Sook Yee Ng was a blessing and even though we were based in a different state than the agency she was always available if we had any issues or if we needed assistance. They made the process a lot less stressful and I cannot thank them enough. I must also thank Claudia Zych who I understand also helping out with our application.If you are looking for a migration agent to help with your visa, no matter where you are I recommend their services. My sister and my cousin have also worked with them in the past and we have all been successful with our applications.Thanks again guys :)

Thank you, Migration Solutions Team! I have finally been granted PR after 4 years waiting.Waiting was the hardest part, I decided to change agent after 1 year submitting AAT and gratefully I did. My first consultation was with Vanessa in 2021 who provided a detailed advice in how to proceed the case. Then Claudia has been allocated to look after my case. After AAT decision received, I have been provided further assistant by Veronica.
