When you decided to proceed with your application, we will have the initial information we need to commence the process as soon as possible.

Your consultation can be:

  • In person, at one of our offices. We offer migration agent 1:1 consultations in Adelaide and Brisbane. 
  • Via phone – I’ll need your best contact number
  • Via Skype – I’ll need your Skype ID and your email
  • Via Zoom – we will send you a meeting ID prior to your appointment

To book a consultation, simply give our Reception team a call or send us an email. Please provide us with a brief description of your current situation or visa issue and we’ll then be able to match you with the most appropriate and experienced Migration Agent.

We’re open Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm. In person consultations are held Monday to Thursday, with Friday consults being online or phone. If you are not available for a consultation during business hours, contact our Reception team to discuss an alternative time.

Our office does not provide interpreters, however, you are more than welcome to have an interpreter present during your consultation.

Partner and spouse visas allow Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their partner to migrate to Australia.

There are two different types of visas:

  1. Spouse / de facto visa
  2. Prospective Marriage

Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens can sponsor their parents to migrate to Australia.

There are a number of legal requirements for this type of visa and you also need to meet the balance of family test.

The balance of family test requires you to have equal to or a greater number of children living permanently in Australia than any other country or countries overseas.

Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens can sponsor their parents to migrate to Australia.

There are a number of legal requirements for this type of visa and the family sponsor must also meet a specific income threshold. The benefit of this visa is that there is no balance of family test or Assurance of Support requirements.

A student visa enables overseas students to come to Australia to undertake full-time study in registered courses.

These are quite a few different types of student visas available, so I’d recommend a personal consultation with one of our migration agents, so that you can explain your situation and they can provide you with an accurate advice.

The Australian Government have set up a number of requirements you must meet to be able to migrate under the skilled migration program. The essential criteria that must be met for applicants to be successful include:

  • Have an occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation list
  • Have your skills assessed by a relevant skills assessment body to make sure that they are at a specific level required for that particular occupation.
  • You must ne under 45 years of age
  • Have completed a competent level of English (at least a score of 6 each in IELTS or equivalent English test)
  • You must have completed university, trade, or work experience relevant to your nominated occupation

If you can’t satisfy these requirements, you may be able to access other options.

The Skilled Independent (Subclass 189) visa is a permanent visa for people with skills in demand in the Australian labour market.

Applicants are not required to be sponsored by a relative or a State/Territory Government, so you can migrate independently.

The Skilled Sponsored (Subclass 190) visa enables you to be in Australia permanently if you are nominated by a State or Territory Government.

The Skilled Regional Provisional (Subclass 491) visa is a five year provisional visa. You will have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency after you have lived for at least 3 years and have a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least three years in a Designated Regional Area of Australia. You also must be sponsored by an eligible relative living in Australia or obtain nomination from a participating State or Territory government agency. You can apply for a Skilled Regional (Residence) (Subclass 887) visa on a 489 visa to obtain permanent residency.  You must have:

  • Lived for at least two years AND
  • Worked for at least one year in a Specified Regional Area in Austra

Skilled Graduate (Subclass 485) visa enables overseas students to remain in Australia to gain skilled work experience or improve their English language skills. It has no restrictions on work, study or travel.
