Rajvinder Kaur had the best 26th birthday present when she was recently granted a Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190).
“I feel free, like all the tension has been removed,” Ms Kaur said.
The 190 Skilled Nomination Visa is points tested and it can often be challenging to meet the requirements.
“I had 55 points and needed to wait until I was 26 to be eligible, it made it a special birthday,” she said.

Rajvinder came to Migration Solutions in 2013 and was amazed at how quickly her permanent residency was granted after a few consultations.

To complete this program, Rajvinder had to demonstrate she was capable of completing a range of tasks and duties relevant to Certificate 4 in Hairdressing and Diploma of Salon Management.
Rajvinder was required to complete a minimum of 1725 hours of hairdressing over a minimum of 12 months, plus meet all the job ready requirements.
She gained a favourable TRA Migration Skills Assessment outcome letter and this helped her visa application.
