International graduates of South Australia will be buoyed by Immigration SA’s decision to replace the former Graduate List with the Supplementary Skilled List, creating a further 118 occupations to the list.
Under the Graduate List there were 362 Consolidated Sponsored Occupations that were in demand, but with the Graduate List and Supplementary Skilled List now flying under the same banner there will be 480 occupations that international graduates can apply for.
Occupations on the Supplementary Skilled List are available if you meet all requirements under one of the following categories:
- Be an international graduate of South Australia.
- Worked in a skilled occupation in South Australia for the last 12 months.
- Have an immediate family member permanently residing in South Australia for 12 months or more.
With nurses, and special needs teachers among the list of occupations with high availability, now is a prime time to study in South Australia.
