Yvan Boyokino’s visa application was refused by mistakes made outside of his control. Migration Solutions took on Yvan’s case a few months ago to lodge an application for Ministerial Intervention. This was subsequently denied.
With support from Nick Xenophon, the Blue Eagles community and all his friends and family, they have made a last ditch effort to Immigration Minister Peter Dutton to personally intervene and prevent Yvan’s imminent deportation.
