Gabriela (Gaby) is a dedicated and skilled Immigration Advisor at Migration Solutions. She has been providing exceptional client service since becoming a Registered Migration Agent in 2017. Known for her attention to detail and deep understanding of migration law, Gaby consistently delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.

Assisting a diverse range of corporate clients, from small businesses to large multinational corporations, Gaby has assisted companies to secure the talent they need in today’s competitive market. She navigates the complexities of employer sponsored visas, with a primary focus on 482 and 186 visa subclasses, as well as PALM visas (403). Working from the Brisbane office, Gaby supports clients across various industries, offering comprehensive advice and seamless visa application processes.

Gaby graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University in 2015 and holds a Diploma of Justice Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017, she further developed her expertise in employer sponsored migration as an in-house Registered Migration Agent in the healthcare industry before joining the Corporate Team at Migration Solutions. Her legal background and hands-on experience in migration services make her a valuable asset to her clients and colleagues alike.
