Heidi Ochoa-Tuqiri

Heidi is a Senior Immigration Advisor working with the Corporate Team at Migration Solutions. She is a seasoned professional dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of immigration processes. Her commitment to excellence and client-centric approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Practising in the field of immigration law and policy since 2005, Heidi specialises in a wide range of Visa subclasses including all employer sponsored visas, general skilled and family visas. Her journey in immigration law began with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams of living and working in a new country. As a first-generation migrant (born in El Salvador), Heidi can relate to many of these experiences first-hand. Her academic background in law, coupled with hands-on experience working with diverse clientele (including in-house roles), has equipped her with a deep understanding of the legal and procedural aspects of immigration as well as seeing things from the client’s point of view.

Beyond her professional achievements, Heidi is also deeply committed to giving back to the community and serves in her local church, volunteering her time to support recently arrived international students and other migrants. She is married with two children, loves a good cup of coffee and enjoys cooking.
