Marino is an experienced Immigration Advisor in Migration Solutions’ Corporate team. She specialises in assisting corporate clients with a variety of visa matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for businesses seeking to address skill shortages. Fluent in both Japanese and English, Marino brings a unique and valuable perspective to her role, having personally navigated the Australian immigration system as a student visa holder and now an Australian Permanent Resident (PR).

Supporting corporate clients across Australia and internationally, Marino provides tailored advice and strategic pathways to meet their specific needs. Her expertise spans a range of visa categories including Employer Sponsored visas, as well as Family visas, supporting individuals and families transition to work and live in Australia. Marino’s approach is client-focused, leveraging her interdisciplinary experience to understand and address the unique requirements of each case, ensuring a high standard of service.

With a diverse background that includes a transition from the hospitality industry to migration advisory, Marino has honed her skills in client service and problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, and a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice. Currently, she is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree, further enhancing her legal expertise in migration.
