Susan Mulder

Susan leads our Corporate team at Migration Solutions, managing client relationships and facilitating their access to visas that will enable them to fill skills gaps. As Immigration Manager (Corporate) and a Migration Agent, she builds strong, trusting relationships with our clients, to support them as they seek to attract talent from around the world.

Susan has helped secure hundreds of visa applications for clients. These cases have primarily involved working with large corporations to process visa applications, including 482, Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS), Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), 400, 408, Global Talent (858) visas and Labour Agreements. This has allowed companies across Australia to grow and expand by recruiting for specialist positions that they have been unable to fill from within the local labour market.

Another specialisation of Susan’s is processing sport visa applications for professional, international sportspeople. She has a stable of well recognised, successful sporting clients nationally that often require applications to be processed on very short notice, so that players can participate in upcoming matches. Her clients include professional international cricket players, coaches and support staff participating in the men’s and women’s annual Twenty20 Big Bash league competition (Adelaide Strikers, Sydney Thunder, Sydney Sixers, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Brisbane Heat and Hobart Hurricanes) and professional international basketball players, coaches and support staff participating in the men’s and women’s annual National Basketball League (NBL). She also supports many other Adelaide sporting teams, including Adelaide United FC and the Adelaide Thunderbirds as well as other local and interstate teams.

Originally from South Africa, Susan practiced law in Johannesburg for approximately 10 years before migrating to Australia in 2010. In 2011, she joined Migration Solutions, bringing a wealth of corporate knowledge to our team.
