We went through the 186 Sponsorship visa process with them, and the service was excellent. The information provided was clear and concise. We were assigned Sara Dominguez, who was responsible for reviewing all the documentation and keeping us informed of the progress.First, they provided us with all the necessary information, and during a call, they answered our specific questions about the process. Everything was clearly explained. Afterward, the document review, which I consider a joint effort, was completed within reasonable timeframes. Migration Solutions is the best visa consulting service I've ever come across. Thier advice on the required documents needed for your visa is accurate and in line with the latest requirements for each visa. I've worked with Migration Solutions for the past three years and a bit on my Partner Visa application which was very recently approved! My application was more complicated than most due to an error on my part applying for a Bridging Visa E during the pandemic, but the migrant agents I've worked with through Migration Solutions have been there every step of the way to make my application and collection of information for Home Affairs as smooth and seamless as possible. I'm thankful for Mark and Vanessa and the team, they help us when we needed it the most and help us with our visa while I was sick, I wouldn't be here without them. I will visit soon when I get the time in Adelaide I hope you guys don't move or anything in the future. I remember my family's story was in the website ages ago with the photos but its been a long time since that time so that's probably why it isn't coming up anymore when I look for it but I will visit soon and I hope I can meet Mark and Vanessa.

Thank you Sarah Arnold ( Migration Solutions) every time we ask questions to our visa you replied immediately and give clear explanation to our concerns. One thing we noticed to you is that you never hide any information that we need to know, we mean you are not one sided, because we experienced from previous agent that they are one sided. They hide something from us until we received the bad news that the company is no longer to sponsor us in our permanent residency and my 4 years of service to them wasted and we are now back to zero.
