We have now obtained our permanent residence visa, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Vanessa and the entire team at Migration Solutions for helping us achieve this milestone.We worked with Ashley and later with Vanessa at Migration Solutions for approximately three years. During this time, Ashley transitioned to another role, and Vanessa took over our application, which naturally caused some delays and repetitions. Additionally, the name and type of the visa changed during this period, leading to some confusion and necessary adjustments.On our end, we had to undertake a significant amount of work, including providing documentation and gathering letters of reference from various professionals in my field. Both Ashley and Vanessa were excellent in offering the necessary guidance to support our visa application. The visa process can appear strenuous, costly and very timely.
