I've worked with Migration Solutions for the past three years and a bit on my Partner Visa application which was very recently approved! My application was more complicated than most due to an error on my part applying for a Bridging Visa E during the pandemic, but the migrant agents I've worked with through Migration Solutions have been there every step of the way to make my application and collection of information for Home Affairs as smooth and seamless as possible. Even while overseas for an extended period visiting my family, the agents I've worked with have been apt with their email communications to update my application with continued relationship evidence as requested by Home Affairs. I am very grateful to have found such dedicated, hard working support at Migration Solutions for my visa application process. All email correspondence has been informative, and any questions I have had were answered promptly and with simple explanations that I could understand. Thanks again, Migration Solutions! Choosing migration solutions to help with our partner visa was easily one of the best decisions we made.We were very nervous about how the process would go and were in desperate need of some help.Working with Sook Yee Ng was a blessing and even though we were based in a different state than the agency she was always available if we had any issues or if we needed assistance. They made the process a lot less stressful and I cannot thank them enough. I'm thankful for Mark and Vanessa and the team, they help us when we needed it the most and help us with our visa while I was sick, I wouldn't be here without them. I will visit soon when I get the time in Adelaide I hope you guys don't move or anything in the future. Thank you Sarah Arnold ( Migration Solutions) every time we ask questions to our visa you replied immediately and give clear explanation to our concerns. One thing we noticed to you is that you never hide any information that we need to know, we mean you are not one sided, because we experienced from previous agent that they are one sided. They hide something from us until we received the bad news that the company is no longer to sponsor us in our permanent residency and my 4 years of service to them wasted and we are now back to zero. Thank you for telling us what's happening and we really appreciate that. We hope if your agency could hire a skilled workers from the Philippines we are positively and happy to recommend your agency.
